Day 1 : Departing from Windhoek, the tour heads in an easterly direction towards the Botswana border. Once the border formalities are finalised at Mamuno, you’ll journey to Ghanzi, also known as the gateway to the Central Kalahari. Reaching a lodge in the late afternoon, you’ll overnight at Edo’s Safari Camp http://www.edoscamp.com/english
Days 2 & 3 : Travel to Maun and transfer to Meno a Kwena camp, which is situated close to the famous Makgadikgadi Pans. Here you’ll spend two days enjoying drives and other activities with local guides.

Days 4 & 5 : Enjoy a last morning activity before being transferred back to Maun where you’ll embark on a light aircraft flight into the Okavango Delta. Transferring to Gunn’s Camp, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the Okavango by hand-polled mokoro canoes, motorised boats and guided island walks (seasonal). Overnight at Gunn’s Camp.
Days 6 & 7 : Fly over the Okavango to the Khwai area by aircraft. After a transfer to camp, it’s time to explore Khwai. Besides day-time drives that can feature Africa’s top wildlife attractions – including lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, buffalo, hippo and giraffe – you can also explore this area after sunset on a nightdrive.

Day 8 : You will be taken back to the airstrip and fly to Maun. From here, you’ll embark on the journey back to Windhoek, stopping en route at Ghanzi. Overnight at Edo’s Safari camp.
Day 9 : Head back to Windhoek Airport after crossing the border at Mamuno.
